I couldn't have started a day @ the beach any better! Clothing company LnA based out of Venice Beach had a rockin sample sale this week in their warehouse. T-shirts, leggings, bodysuits, jumpers, and tops were priced from $2-$40!!! I was able to cop all these goodies for only $49.00 :) :) Check them out @ www.lnaclothing.com.

It's always better the 2nd time around ;)

I was super stoked to actually be off Thursday night and catch the downtown LA art walk for the 2nd consecutive month in a row...this never happens people!!! So I took full advantage of exploring as much as I could. After an eventful Metro ride we finally arrived to the jam packed streets of downtown Los Angeles. I found myself lost in people watching, gathering inspiration from trendy duds and innovative art pieces. Bands were blaring through vacant alleys and dj's were spinning from store front windows, I thought I died and went to art heaven. All that walking gets a gal thirsty so of course our last stop was The Down and Out, a super divey bar with celebrity mugshots and cheap spirits!!

I was awe stricken when I ran across Wild Child Dzigns' virtual storefront on http://www.senseofashion.com. This fresh new designer knows how to get creative with crochet and gold. From trendy jewelry to innovative garments. She also sells some pretty cool vintage pieces, and you know how much I love vintage!! Wild Child Dzigns is especially fitting for the wild child bohemian chic. You should check it out @ http://www.senseofashion.com/WildChildDzigns or you can follow her @http://www.twitter.com/wildchilddzigns.

My 1st Los Angeles Downtown Art Walk!!!

Though I was only able to explore a small chunk of this wonderful Art Exhibit Extravaganza I'm super excited to come back for the next and explore more! From the dive bars to trendy boutiques and celebrity art galleries there was plenty to experience. Plus it's a great way to meet new people and spend little money :) And get this I spotted the coolest clock that operates with lemon juice!! How cool is that?!

brittney|miranda newbies!!!!!!!!

I was finally able to work through my artistic block and pop out some new pieces. I was turned on by buttons, bows, rough and tough charms this time around for some reason. I guess I like to mix a little sugar with spice. I'm still in love with tribal and ethnic beads and I've added a little spice with custom tribal print fringe necklaces.
