brittney|miranda newbies!!!!!!!!

I was finally able to work through my artistic block and pop out some new pieces. I was turned on by buttons, bows, rough and tough charms this time around for some reason. I guess I like to mix a little sugar with spice. I'm still in love with tribal and ethnic beads and I've added a little spice with custom tribal print fringe necklaces.

Sugar Part Deux!

A room filled with models, graffiti, fashion, and art...I couldn't ask for more! Timmery, designer of jewelry line 1981 collection, was the one responsible for organizing Sugar part duex exposing local female designers. The event was a success to say the least and I'm honored to have been a part of this art movement. Everyone from boutique owners, bloggers, photographers, clothing and jewelry designers, and art lovers attended the shabby chic event. Word on the street is there's going to be a following event Sugar and Spice featuring female and male artists.

2.11.10

I love this beautiful pendant necklace and what a great color for a mini skirt!

My Very First Art Walk!! Yay!

I have to admit I was super nervous. I even thought about backing out, but I knew I had to go through with this opportunity to finally sell my jewelry in a venue. What better place to do that than The Sting Ray Bar's Art Walk?! I've been hitting up this event now for the past couple of months and it's great because it's perfect for something to do on a Monday night. I knew it would be the perfect place to debut my lines. The evening was perfect with an interactive drummer's circle, a bomb house/techno dj, live artists, and cheap food and drinks! I can't wait for the next art walk on Feb. 22 :)

Dive Bar Duds 1.5.10

I finally got to venture away from the mainland and party coastal. We got a chance to party at this cool spot called the Hideout in Santa Monica for a friend's birthday party. This quaint spot boasted tasty cocktails, a cozy two story lounge with smoking lounge, and some fashionable duds. I couldn't help but to catch some on film :) Those sexy mary janes are worn by Denise Carolyn, owner of Denise Carolyn Pacific Palisades. You can find these shoes along with many other accessories at her boutique. 15276 Antioch St Pacific Palisades, CA 90272

Don't u love Korean BBQ? :)

There's a few great things about Koreatown aka "K" town! The central location, cheap rent, and most importantly...korean bbq!! I seem to not be able to get enough which is why the $16.99 all you can eat option is perfect for me :) So the next time your bored, hungry, and in the mood for something new just take a trip to "K" town and your sure to leave satisfied.

New Dress!!
