It's something about the stiff drinks and sticky floors that make dive bars so lovely for me. You can always count on meeting a new friend and possibly leaving with them depending on how many of those stiff drinks you take down;) You can also count on finding a diamond in the rough. Underneath the seedy lights you may discover some of the patrons donning stylish duds and accessories that may inspire your daily attire.
